Description of the MBM Triumph 4815 Semi Automatic Paper Cutter

The Triumph 4815 semi-automatic paper cutter accepts formats 18 5/8" in length and a full 3" in height. This low volume paper cutter offers the patented Easy-Cut activating bars, which provides true two-hand operation. A cut can be executed conveniently, as separate trigger points activate the blade and clamp independently. Operators can easily set the back gauge via the hand crank in combination with the digital measurement readout on the machine table. The precision back gauge spindle guarantees exact cuts. Bright and durable LED's display an optical cutting line for enhanced accuracy.

The Easy-Cut system is not the only safety feature this cutter offers. In fact, the Triumph 4815 offers the Safety Cutting System (SCS), which includes a hinged, electronically controlled safety guard on the front table, safety cover on the rear table, main switch and safety lock with key, and automatic blade return from every position. Blade depth can be adjusted from the outside of the machine, and both the blade and cutting sticks can be easily changed from the front of the machine without removing covers. The blade, which is made of high quality steel, is incredibly dangerous and must be handled with caution. The Triumph 4815 comes with a convenient blade changing device, which covers the cutting edge for user protection.

The solid all-metal construction means that this Triumph cutter is built for years of operation. The Triumph 4815 comes complete with a stand and storage shelf, perfect for keeping reams of paper. A practical tool holder placed located on the back table keeps all necessary tools for blade change and service jobs close by.

Transparent Safety Guard
A cut can only be executed if the hinged, electronically controlled safety guard is in the closed position.

Back Gauge Hand Crank
The calibrated hand crank is used to set the spindle-guided back gauge. The LED display ensures precise positioning.

Easy Cut Blade Activation Bars
Patented easy cut blade activation bars ensure true, two-hand operation and allow blade and clamp to be activated independently.

   

Optical Cutting Line

Safe Blade Changes
