Description of the MBM AeroDieCut

The MBM AeroDieCut is a compact and user-friendly die cutting solution designed to produce professional-quality finished materials using traditional platen dies. These dies are easy to obtain and cost-effective, making the AeroDieCut a practical choice for print shops and marketing service providers handling a variety of digital print finishing applications.

Designed to be easier to operate than traditional large-format die cutters, the AeroDieCut can perform complex cuts, creases, and perforations in a single pass. Its intuitive operation, minimal mechanical adjustments, and focus on operator safety make it suitable for producing both personalized and short-run print jobs.

The AeroDieCut provides the flexibility to transform printed sheets into custom cards, boxes, swing tags, shelf talkers, and other uniquely shaped materials. Its compact design also makes it easier to incorporate professional die cutting capabilities into print finishing environments where space may be limited.

A chase adaptor and die board rack for holding die boards and cutting plates are included with the AeroDieCut. Optional accessories include a waste separator that directs scraps into a waste bin, a conveyor delivery table for easier collection of finished pieces, and stainless steel or aluminum cutting plate sets.
