Description of the MBM AeroCut X

The MBM AeroCut X is an all-in-one digital print finishing solution for producing business cards, postcards, greeting cards, tent cards, leaflets, and more. It features six rotary slitting knives, a cutting unit, five adjustable creasing pressure levels, and two perforating wheels for accurate, versatile finishing. A 7" color touchscreen with an intuitive interface makes it easy to change jobs and fine-tune settings without connecting to a PC.

The expandable feed tray accommodates sheets up to 29.5" long, while programs can support lengths up to 63". Its patented Tri-Suction Feeding Mechanism provides consistent paper feeding, while an ultrasonic sensor detects double feeds even with black or colored paper. The ejection pause function also helps operators accurately position card guide plates for finished output.

The AeroCut X can read printed barcodes to verify jobs and automatically adjust machine settings. It includes a one-year license for Lytrod Intellicut Software, allowing users to create PDF layouts with job barcodes and cut marks while managing the AeroCut through a LAN connection. Detachable rollers and removable perforation and creasing units make cleaning, maintenance, and paper jam access easier. The AeroCut X also includes the Print Finishing Success Plan for digital service diagnostics and consultation.
