The MBM AeroCut nanoMax is a compact, user-friendly finishing solution designed to provide fast, accurate cutting for a variety of digitally printed materials. It handles stocks up to 400 gsm and sheet sizes up to 13" x 19", making it a versatile choice for a range of print finishing applications.

Setting up jobs is quick and easy with tool-free slitter positioning, four included InstaSet Bars, and a new Fine Adjustment Knob for precise adjustments. The color touchscreen comes pre-programmed with 31 jobs and can store up to 80 additional custom programs, including Flex Mode programs. Image shift and stretch compensation also allow operators to make fine adjustments to digitally printed stocks for improved accuracy.

For reliable feeding, the patented Tri-Suction Feeding Mechanism helps significantly reduce double feeds, misfeeds, and paper jams. The feed table automatically elevates and lowers to help separate digital stocks and prevent misfeeds or markings. A density sensor provides true double-feed detection, while the self-correcting cut mark registration feature helps ensure accurate cuts throughout each job.
