Description of the MBM AeroCut X PRO

The MBM AeroCut X Pro is an all-in-one digital print finishing solution for slitting, cutting, creasing, and perforating. Designed for speed and ease of use, it features a 10" color touchscreen with a flexible arm and an intuitive interface for efficient operation. It is ideal for producing business cards, postcards, invitations, greeting cards, leaflets, tickets, coupons, and more.

The expandable feed tray accommodates sheets up to 29.5" long, while programs can support lengths up to 63". Its patented Tri-Suction Feeding Mechanism provides consistent paper feeding with minimal adjustments, and an ultrasonic sensor detects double feeds even with black or colored paper. An integrated ionizer helps reduce static electricity to minimize paper jams and protect the cutting blade.

For greater finishing flexibility, the AeroCut X Pro includes cross and jump perforation capabilities and five adjustable creasing pressure levels. Its ejection pause function simplifies card guide positioning, while the stacker wire and conveyor stacker help keep finished pieces organized and easy to collect during high-volume jobs.

The AeroCut X Pro can also read printed barcodes to verify jobs and automatically adjust machine settings. It includes a one-year license for Lytrod Intellicut Software, which helps users create PDF layouts with job barcodes and cut marks while managing the AeroCut through a LAN connection. Detachable rollers and removable perforation and creasing units provide easier cleaning and access for maintenance. The AeroCut X Pro also includes the Print Finishing Success Plan for digital service diagnostics and consultation.
