The Intimus TSI-4S Medium-Volume 2 Feed Station Folder-Inserter is a versatile, medium-volume desktop mail processing system engineered to automate and streamline the tasks of folding, collating, and inserting mail for offices and mailrooms that handle a range of correspondence types. As part of the TSI-4S family, this configuration adds a second FlexFeed® sheet feeder (alongside the standard insert feeder) to provide greater flexibility in handling multi-document mailings such as invoices with inserts, marketing letters, and transactional packets. With an intuitive 7" color touchscreen and Load’n’Go® automatic setup, operators can quickly configure jobs, recall stored programs, and minimize training time – making it accessible for daily use even for non-technical users.
Designed for productivity, the system can process up to 2,500 envelopes per hour with the optional premium package upgrade, and supports a wide variety of fold types including letter (C-fold), single, double parallel, and no fold, accommodating diverse mailing requirements. The FlexFeed® multi-format feeders handle a broad range of paper sizes and weights, while optional CIS scanning and secure’n’Feed double detection enhance mail integrity and reduce errors.
