Built on the reliable TSI-4S platform, this 2.5 station configuration combines two FlexFeed® multi-format sheet feeders with an insert feeder, allowing you to handle multi-document sets, inserts, and reply envelopes in a single run with minimal manual preparation. Designed for ease of use, it features a 7" color touchscreen with Load’n’Go® automatic setup and wizard-based job prompts that help streamline job configuration, recall frequently used programs, and reduce training time for operators of all experience levels.
Capable of processing up to 2,500 envelopes per hour with the optional premium package upgrade, the TSI-4S 2.5 Feed Station supports a wide variety of fold styles—including letter (C-fold), single, double parallel, and no fold—providing the flexibility needed for transactional mail, invoices, statements, and marketing mail. Its compact footprint and quiet operation make it well-suited for office environments, while features like secure double-feed detection and optional CIS scanning help enhance mail integrity and reduce processing errors.
