This highly secure shredder is also tremendously safe, offering the standard "SPS" package. The mechanically controlled clear safety shield covers the throat. The large "Easy Switch" multifunctional button uses back-lit icons to indicate operation status. You immediately know when the shred bag is full, if the cabinet is open or if there is a paper jam; in the event of any of these happening, the shredder automatically stops running.
