When it's green, everything is running smoothly. When it's flashing, this signifies that the shred bins is full and needs to be emptied. This model offers security level P-4 (Level 3) security with shred sizes as small as 3/16" x 1 ½" cross cut, this model can handle 9-11 sheets at a time, up to 27 feet shredded per minute. The high-quality, hardened steel cutting shafts come from the manufacturer with a lifetime guarantee and are strong enough to handle paper, paperclips, staples, and credit cards with ease.
