The Shooter III from U.S. Paper Counters, is a SINGLE HEAD Tab Inserter with the controls interface integrated into the tabbing head unit. It has all the features for fast, accurate tabbing in a more compact package and at a lower cost.

The Shooter-III, a swift and adaptable device, seamlessly integrates with your high-speed equipment. Placed at the delivery end of your machine or process, it efficiently inserts paper tabs into the diminishing pile of sheets, presses, paperboard, and paper converting machines, achieving a rate of up to 3 tabs per second. Its features encompass a user-friendly touch screen interface for total and batch counts, count erasure, variable knife cut delay, and adjustable tape lengths. The Shooter III can be used as a standalone unit or connected to your equipment through a universal electronic coupling pick-up or an optional optical laser sensor.

The Shooter III ensures swift and precise counting and tab insertion, matching the speed of your equipment. To enhance productivity further, customization options for the Shooter III include a 30-inch custom tape chute, a laser sensor, and tailored programming.
