The Rhin-O-Tuff 8000 is an open-ended flat bar twin-loop wire closer. It operates manually and can bind up to 250 sheets of paper at once. The 8000 combined with a punching machine results in a full punch and bind system. The Rhin-O-Tuff 8000 can bind documents up to 14" thick and can close books with thickness between 3/16" and 1-1/14".
