Description of the MBM iCrease Pro Digital Creasing Machine
With the iCrease Digital Creasing Machine, you're getting an easy to use, reliable creaser ideal for short to medium run digitally printed stock that needs professional creasing. The iCrease offers a feed opening the size of 13" which is perfect for most digital print sizes. It can handle sheets from 3" x 5" to 13" x 19". This means that the iCrease Digital creasing machine can crease sheets that are even bigger than the common 11" x 17" sized sheets. With the help of this creaser's automated distance recognition the iCrease has the ability to do auto setups. It also features a fixed rail that helps guide the sheets for squareness.
The easy-to-use touchscreen truly makes the iCrease as easy as 1,2,3. To start, you select the type of crease you want to use (or choose custom in order to enable up to 4 crease loactions). You then simply run a sheet through the creaser to measure the length of your sheet. This will allow the iCrease to automatically compute the true crease locations. The next and final easy step is click "Run" and feed the creaser up to 2,000 sheets per hour.
The iCrease is much smaller than most other creasers. It's dimensions are 22 1/2" L x 9 1/8" H x 42 1/2" W and weighs about 55 lbs. With that size, it is very easy to find space for the iCrease in any shop or even on a countertop.
