Description of the HSM V-Press 504 Vertical Baler
The entry-level model HSM V-Press 504 allows for the economical disposal of your packaging waste. It compresses materials such as cardboard and film by up to 95%, saves space and lowers costs. Its low installation height and smaller surface area mean it will fit in tighter spaces where larger balers can't. Don't let the smaller size fool you, the V-Press 504 features 4 tons of pressing power and is able to output 3 to 6 bales per hour. It quickly compresses cardboard and plastic film into bales which can easily be removed from the machine via hand truck.
Safe and simple to use, the V-Press 504 features a bell-crank door lever. The pressing process starts automatically when the door is closed, and automatically stops when the door is opened via safety switch. The membrane keypad and graphic display relays the current operating status of the machine.
