With an extremely high-performance conveyor belt, the efficient HSM 5080 shredder-baler system cuts down production time. Load your materials onto the spacious table and watch as the electric conveyor belt takes your items right into the feed opening for destruction. Offering level 3 security, the FA 500.3 shredder breaks down your materials into 0.15"x1.6" particles. Shredding approximately 200-240 sheets, this machine power through 8.3" per second. The optimized transfer technology prevents any material from passing the cutting unit without with destroyed. The specially hardened, solid steel rollers shred through not only paper, but three-ring binders, cardboard, chip cards, and CDS. The operating element features functions for continuous and reverse operation. If a paper jam is detected, the HSM 5080 will automatically switch into reverse until the problem is remedied. The emergency-stop rail located in front of the loading table provides an extra level of safety should a problem occur. For easy maintenance, the automatic oiler is equipped to lubricate your shredder head during operation.
Thanks to the photoelectric control, the baling unit automatically detects your shreds and begins pressing your materials.
