Description of the Formax ReadyWire 2B Basic Punching & Binding System
The Formax ReadyWire2B Basic punching and binding system is ideal for producing professionally bound booklets in offices and organizations with low binding volumes. With a 2:1 pitch, the ReadyWire2B excels in its versatility to accommodate a wide range of wire bindings from 1/4” to 1 1/4” in diameter, for booklets up to 340 sheets.
The ergonomic two-lever system, onboard diameter guide, and integrated wire comb holder make the ReadyWire2B incredibly user friendly. The low-force lever allows for punching up to 20 sheets at a time. Binding diameter is easily adjusted with a sliding guide, and the integrated wire holding device assists in the ergonomic flow from punching to binding. The ReadyWire2B punches up to 12,000 sheets per hour, binding up to 280 sheets, with wire diameters up to 1 1/4″.
Wire-bound documents open a full 360 degrees, laying flat for easier reading, writing, scanning, and presentations, and the double-loop wire binding keeps pages secure for a polished appearance through years of use.
