Weighing only 18 lbs and standing less than 18 inches high, it easily fits next to or even under most desks. A built in safety shield over the feed opening keeps fingers and other objects away from the cutting shaft making it safe for even home office use. Its 8 ¾" throat can handle up to 6 sheets of paper, with staples or even paper clips still attached. With a shred size of 1/8" x 1", this compact shredder is able to meet level 3/P4 security requirements.

Easy to use and energy saving, the 2245 cc features an EASY-touch multifunction switch that controls all basic functions “ stand by, off and reverse. It features automatic stop and start that is photo cell controlled and also has zero energy standby mode which automatically cuts all power to the machine after 30 min of inactivity.
