Q: Could this model be modified to also imprint: "Received - Enforcement Division" above and below the date and time?
 A: Unfortunately that's just too many characters for the NS-5100. You get a very limited amount of space. I recommend you take a look at the RapidPrint ARL-E with custom engraved dye plates.
Q: I am looking for a time/date stamp machine that is capable of adding the crew number. We currently have 5 crews. The machine we get needs to be able to change crew information quickly. Additionally, we stamp approximately 300 tickets per day.
A: The NS5100 could absolutely stamp 300 tickets per day and apply the crew number. But changing the impression is not fast by any means. Once this unit has been programmed to apply a short custom message, it is very difficult to reprogram. I am not aware of a unit that can apply the time and date with a rapidly interchangeable impression other than having individual clocks for each crew.
