The Akiles CombMac-EX All-In-One Electric Comb Binding Machine is a robust finishing workstation built to bring punch and bind functions into a single footprint. At its heart is a foot-pedal-operated electric punching system capable of handling up to 25 sheets of 20-lb paper per lift. It features a 14" open-throat punch length, which means it can accommodate oversized or legal-length documents by punching from the side. Added on is the manual comb-opener mechanism that supports plastic comb spines from about 3⁄16" up to 2" in diameter, enabling you to bind documents of varying thicknesses with consistent professional results.

Beyond the core punching and binding mechanics, the CombMac-EX is designed with thoughtful workflow and durability features. All 24 punch pins are independently disengageable, which allows users to skip holes when punching non-standard or smaller-sized documents. The machine includes side and depth margin controls so you can align the margin distance and centering to match varying comb sizes and paper formats. A built-in waste drawer, a reverse/anti-jam switch, and solid all-metal construction round out its functionality.
