The IM 9100 is a heavy duty inline pressure seal system that, much like Paitec’s other pressure sealers, delivers quality folding and pressure sealing with high tech features. The reverse function roller (RFR) will singulate and correct any double feeds detected by the thickness sensor. Auto stop and auto start functions react accordingly in conjunction with printer activity. Print, fold, and seal with no wasted time in between. As a dual purpose inline sealer, it connects directly to a printer to save time by eliminating the manual handling of forms from the printer to the sealer. There’s no stacking and feeding into the sealer, just straight into the IM 9100. It can connect directly to your printer output for a complete print-fold-seal process and uses a specially designed alignment system that ensures consistent processing, which depending on printer speed can be up to 90 sheets per minute. The IM9100 can easily integrate with many leading laser printers with rear exits.

Process up to 300,000 letter/legal size sheets per month without having to exert much labor. An optional vertical stacker can hold up to 650 forms and the optional extending conveyor stacker automatically extends to accommodate up to 350 finished forms. In case of printer problems or other reasons, the IM 9100 can easily separate to become a standalone pressure sealing machine, and the infeed tray will hold 700 sheets. Users have a selection of fold options (including Z, EZ, C, EC, V, Double Parallel, or custom folds set manually) and adjustable speed.
