Description of the Martin Yale 1701 Electronic Paper Folder

The 1701Martin Yale AutoFolder paper folder, similar to the 1601, is convenient and simple to use. The unit uses an auto-feed friction system, with easily-manageable electronic controls, letter, legal and A-4 paper sizes pre-programmed in. Also preset are 6 standard folds: letter, half, z-fold, right angle, double parallel and baronial. There are programmable customized folds, as well.

This machine folder produces a variety of folds; letter, z-fold, half, double parallel, right angle and baronial. 150 sheets of paper can be loaded into the machine at once, and even stapled sets up to 5 sheets are perfectly acceptable. Folding can be done at a rate of 9,000 sheets per hour. With this machine, a paper fanning is unnecessary; the user can simply put the paper in. The exit conveyor neatly stacks the folded paper. With its easy maintenance, the Martin Yale 1701 Ease-of-Use Autofolder is suitable for larger mailrooms and businesses.
