Description of the Cumberland VH-14 Shredder (VH Series)

These units are especially designed for full length materials that range from pipe and composite lumber to siding and PVC fencing among other unique and challenging loads. The Cumberland VH-14 Shredder (VH Series) is the smallest in the series, and yet still delivers impressive results. The machine has a 14x3.5 infeed that ensures optimal deliver via the "clamp on" feed roll unit. This locks the materials into position and negates the effect of kick back or bouncing. This ensures safety and security outside of the machine but also ensures that the unit can keep up with any anticipated throughput rate. This machine is known to deliver between 200 and 2000 pounds per hour.

Because it can be called upon to handle such difficult loads as carpet and wood processing scraps, the unit is designed to make it easy to load materials into the infeed. This is set at a lower height and relies on its heavy weight and stress free frame to help with any shock loads.
