Shredding and pressing at the same time, the HSM SP 4040 V is the definition of efficient. Capable of shredding continuously, this document shredder offers a keypad for both continuous and reverse operation.

The HSM SP 4040 V will also automatically switch into reverse should a jam occur. The shredder will continue in reverse until the problem is remedied. Load your documents onto the spacious loading table while the electric conveyor belt pulls your materials into the shredder. As your documents fall, they are broken down by the solid steel cutting rollers into 1/8 x 1-1/2 inch particles.

Satisfying level 3/P-4 security requirements, the 4040 V shreds at a speed of up to 8.66" per second. The HSM SP 4040V will handle an assortment of materials, from paper books, reams of paper, three-ring binders, and cardboard. Once your materials are destroyed and fall into the pressing chamber, the baling process begins. Your shredded items are pressed into 15 ¾" L x 23.6" W x 19.7" H (400,00 mm L x 600 mm W x 500 mm H) bales. This pressing module features a modern control unit and removable trolley for your boxed or bagged waste. As a bonus, the convenient display indicates when your baled product is ready!

Easy to maintain, the HSM 4040 V comes with an integrated, manual oiling system for the cutting unit. It's compact, vertical design makes it the perfect solution for any crowded warehouse or production area.
