Description of the Formax 7200 Special 4 Folder Inserter
The Formax FD 7200 Special 4 is a part of the new 7200 Series Inserters by Formax. The tower feeder sheet capacity of the Special 4 is four 500-sheet Flex-Feeders, the most out of all of the 7200 Series models. The 7200 series in general offers up to 11 optional feed stations and high-capacity versatile feeders, making it one of the best in the business. With the quick and easy setup, the 7200 automatically configures the settings for any program you select. The incredible 15" intuitive and functionally designed touchscreen interface has an unlimited envelope and document library, perfect for any large-scale production job. Air jets in the inserter base help with the inserting process. Thanks to the exclusive scanning capability, the 7200 Series can read many codes, such as Single-Track OMR, Dual-Track OMR, 1D Barcode, and 2D Data Matrix Barcode. Several different fold types are available: Fold Types: C, Half, Z, Double Parallel and no fold. The efficient folding capacity processes up to 4,800 envelopes per hour, up to 8 sheets at a time, and 2,000 sheets continuously. The optional data logging function is a supreme feature, as it provides the user with a full production report for every folding job. Among these already incredible features, other optional features include the intelligent feeders, high-capacity output, accumulation/divert deck, and functionally designed custom cabinets.
