Description of the Standard PF-40 Paper Folder
The PF-40 Standard paper folder, with its intelligent automation, is very user-friendly. It has high-volume suction ability and mark-free feeding from digital stock. 6 standard folds to choose from are: letter, half, double parallel, gate and z-fold. Memory capacity is high for easy programming of 10 additional custom folds that can instantly be recalled. Non-standard sheet sizes can also be recalled from memory. The 1,100 sheet capacity, top-feed system and push-button control make any fold job easy.
This Standard paper folder is designed for speedy production; the unique suction rotor feeding allows it to easily deliver speeds of up to 23,400 sheets per hour. A simple dial easily adjusts the roller gap for varying sheet thickness, and this unit can handle 13 lb bound to 60 lb cover without the need to crease or pre-score. The rolling MT-40 base cabinet is included in the cost. The PF-40 heavy-duty paper folder, with its high adaptability, is a must-have for any print shop.
