Description of the Olson Turbo II Paper Folder
The Olson Turbo-Fold paper folder, with bottom air feeding and heavy-duty fold plates, has very high capability. It’s the only tabletop folder with floor model attributes. Each sheet is fed into the register table and adjustable side guide, using angular drive belts. This allows for the registering of each sheet and ensures accurate folding, at 26,000 sheets an hour. Self-adjusting rollers and micro-fold stop settings make folding easy.
There is also feeder demand control, for even higher efficiency. To locate fold positions, an easy-to-follow chart is included. Folding is extremely precise and clear, due to the precision cut gears, and the fold rollers are completely urethane, which are easier to maintain. This paper folder uses a DC drive and self-aligning bearings for many years of dependability. There is an optional perforating system. The Olson Turbo II paper folder is fast and comes with many effective features.
