Description of the HSM V-Press 840 Plus

The V-Press 840 can handle the typical lightweight loads, but it can also take on heavily expansive materials. Bales are compressed to reach a maximum weight of 793 lbs. The flexibility of the 840 Plus allows users to select from a range of materials that may be used in a warehouse and press them into compact bales.

Designed for long life, the V-Press 840 has specially made hydraulic cylinders that contain hard chrome plated pistons which work to reduce wear and tear and prevent breakdowns. Bales can be easily removed with the mechanical bale ejector belt and conveniently transported elsewhere. Safe and simple, the V-Press 840 Plus features a sliding door with hand wheel door lock and a user friendly membrane keypad that shows machine status at a glance.
