Free Shipping Information

Whitaker Brothers extends free shipping on almost all equipment we sell. For larger equipment this offer assumes that the buyer has a loading dock available at their facility. If no loading dock is available, delivery will require a special lift gate truck and inside dropoff, a charge that can be added to your order at your shopping cart. Although we typically ship via UPS Ground, we reserve the right to make adjustments based on the customer’s location and situation. If the item you have selected is part of our free shipping offer, it will automatically show up as free shipping when you check out. Please note that not everything Whitaker Brothers sells will be shipped for free. Notably, many paper cutters and disintegrator systems may require freight delivery which will be an additional charge.

Whitaker Brothers also offers free shipping on most supplies when purchased with a machine. For example, if you buy bags and oil with a paper shredder, they will all be shipped at no charge. The same applies to roller cleaner when purchased with a paper folder. Please be aware that future supplies purchased (without a machine) will be charged shipping and handling, so it might be wise to load up on consumables when checking out with a machine.

Whitaker Brothers does have ‘White Glove’ options available upon request. This includes not only delivery, but usually unpacking the equipment, installing it, and providing a training session. Every White Glove Delivery is different and the aforementioned example is just one possibility. We do not explicitly offer the service through our website however we are capable of providing it.
