The Formax 6304 folder inserter is a smooth combination of easy-to-use features and high capability. Both folding and inserting paper into envelopes, it can process a variety of paper length and thickness all at the same time, at a rate of 3,600 an hour. This inserter can even fold 8 pieces in tri fold and 10 pages in half fold modes. The feed trays hold 350 sheets of paper, and 200 filled envelopes can be held at a time in the catch tray. The optional High-capacity configurations further increase production and adaptability. The Vertical Stacker holds a massive 500 filled envelopes and 725 sheets of paper can be held in the Document Feeder.

This Formax folder inserter contains 25 programmable fold jobs, and the AutoSet feature automatically senses paper length, envelope size, fold type, fold length and double document detection. Output is maximized with Cascade Mode, which connects multiple feeders filled with the same documents. When one empties, the other one starts feeding. The user merely loads paper into the feeder; folding and inserting is almost effortless. The 6304 folder inserter is flexible and highly productive, yet quiet; it is perfect for any environment.
