The Formax 6202 is our most popular folder inserter. Offering folding and inserting capabilities, your document can then be sealed (or not sealed) and sent out. The handy double document detection feature increases security and document integrity. The Formax 6202 series is extremely flexible, available in 4 different models to meet your specific needs. If desired, a side exit tray can be added to increase productivity. Stapled sheets can also be run via the daily mail feeding feature.
Looking for a powerful machine? The 6202 paper inserter processes up to 2,200 sheets an hour and can hold a maximum of 325 sheets in the feed tray. The cascade mode maximizes operation with two sheet feeders; when one empties, the second one automatically starts feeding. This enables a total input capacity of up to 650 pieces of paper. The recommended duty cycle for the 6202 is 15,000 pieces per month. Or maybe you are looking for a user-friendly inserter? Using the 6202 is a piece of cake. I originally purchased a Martin Yale 1611 paper folder but after discussions with the Whitaker Sales Person it became apparent I probably really need a folder stuffer. I took a chance and traded in the paper folder.
Before we got the folder stuffer we relied on two volunteers coming in to preform all of our inserting work. Now that's completely unnecessary. I run this Formax stuffer for about two hours per month and everything is taken care of. It isn't perfect - there are a few jams now and then. But it's turned ten hours of human work per month into about two hours of machine work. Well worth the added expense for us!
Whitaker also sent a technician to setup the machine and train me how it works. I don't know how I would have done it otherwise...
