The Formax FD 6202 Series offers four configurations to suit all of your inserting needs. The Formax FD 6202 Advanced 2 Folder Inserter is the top outfitted folder inserter in the series. Unlike the other 6202 series models, the Advanced 2 comes equipped with two sheet feeders and 1 BRE (Business Return Envelope) feeder. The two sheet feeders ensure maximum output for all of your inserting projects. Each feeder can hold up to 325 sheets of paper, a total of 650 sheets. These two sheet feeders can be loaded on the fly for efficiency. The small BRE feeder is perfect for magazine subscriptions, fundraising, bills, and other mailers that require Business Return Envelopes to be inserted into their envelopes or publications. The Advanced 2 inserts at a speed of up to 2,200 sheets per hour, with a duty cycle of up to 15,000 pieces per month. This efficient folding system is capable of folding and inserting up to 5 documents at a time. Powerful and easy to use, the FD 6202 Advanced 2 offers several programmable and automatic options thanks to the user-friendly and clear to read control panel. The AutoSetTM automatically detects and sets paper length, fold type, envelope size, fold length and double document detection. No manual adjustments or complicated configuration required. Simply load the paper into the feeders, and your work is done. The Advanced 2 comes with optional OMR software and hardware, which allows for up to 5 sheets of automatic insertion of varying multiple page documents. OMR adds an extra level of security to your project by determining which documents go together into each envelope, eliminating the arduous task of manually collating and inserting.
