Description of the Formax FD 2000IL Folder Sealer System
This system works in-line with desktop laser printers. It interfaces with model-specific MICR and non-MICR printers to deliver increased security. The Formax FD 2000IL system decreases processing time and enhances document security. The operator prints, folds and seals one-piece mailers in just one step. The paper path is completely enclosed, hiding sensitive forms, such as PIN notices, checks and health care information.
The special alignment base holds the printer and pressure sealer securely but slides apart easily for access to the fold plates. There are several printer models it is compatible with, and installation is simple; no software is required. Up to 50,000 pieces can be processed a month. The Formax FD 2000IL pressure sealer system goes above and beyond the performance of the FD 2000 folder sealer and is very convenient.
