The FD 6150 Paper Inserter offers advanced folding & inserting technology and flexibility for offices and companies. The drop-in feed system and clamshell design for easy-access paper paths increases productivity. Setup for the 6150 is a breeze with the new one-touch AutoSet feature, which automatically measures paper lengths, fold lengths, and envelope sizes. This user-friendly AutoSet function allows up to 9 programmable jobs, so that recurring and frequent jobs can be processed with ease. Processing at a rate of up to 1,350 pieces per hour and up to 325 sheets in each feeder, the FD 6150 is super powerful for its size. The FD 6150 is extremely precise, accurately folding up to five sheets of paper at the same time. The FD 6150 comes equipped with 2 sheet feeders and 1 insert feeder, capable of processing a variety of mailing applications, such as checks, invoices, and newsletters. The FD 6150 folds and/or inserts sheets, business reply envelopes and cards automatically in almost any combination. One excellent and beneficial feature is the Daily Mail mode, for folding and inserting up to 5 stapled or unstapled sheets. The recommended Duty Cycle is up to 5,000 pieces per month.

Offering up to nine programmable fold applications and three fold types, C, V and Double Parallel, the FD 6150 allows for expansive results. The 6150 comes equipped with two fold counters, one that is resettable for additional sheets and batch counting and one that is non-resettable. By filling both feeders with the same document, the cascade mode allows continuous operation, automatically feeding if the top feeder becomes empty. Among the already excellent capabilities, other features include double document detection, seal and non-seal resources, and an optional cabinet stand.
