At 5.1 lbs, it is relatively lightweight and includes a laminating starter kit for those who are new to the process. The Cosmic2 95 features advanced temperature control, which contributes to the overall consistency of the lamination quality. The machine's 9.5" entry width can receive multiple document sizes, making this laminator a very versatile tool. It can laminate documents and photographs in a 3-mil hot pouch or in a self-adhesive cold pouch (used for heat-sensitive materials). The machine is also 5-mil compatible for any documents that are smaller than or equal to the size of an index card. The Cosmic2 95 takes about 5 minutes to ready itself and about 1 minute to complete the lamination. It also features HeatGuard Technology, which keeps the heat inside the machine so that the laminator is cool to the touch.
