Description of the Duplo DF-1000 Automatic Air Suction Paper Folder
The Duplo DF-1000 Automatic air suction folder is designed to be the optimal solution for colored, digitally printed stock. Bond, NCR and coated paper are all folded with no problem. Its unique design is more than just for show; it does not need a separate pump and is, therefore, very quiet in operation. This print shop paper folder has a high sheet capacity of 1,000. The Duplo DF-1000 folds quickly at a rate of 14,880 sheets per hour and produces good, accurate results.
5 fold patterns are pre-programmed in, which include letter, half, double parallel, z-fold (accordion) and half accordion. This heavy-duty folder offers many custom folds to select from as well. Users will unlikely face the common static build-up problem with this high performance folder. Paper jam detection, user-friendly LCD panel and re-fold function facilitate easy operator usage and make folding simple.
