If you are looking for a heavy-duty shredder for your large shredding jobs, look no further. The Destroyit 4107 Strip Cut (1/4”) is one of MBM’s largest capacity shredders and performs beautifully under the pressure of huge stacks of paper, hardbound documents, and the like. Its powerful 10 HP motor works continuously to allow you to shred up to 95 sheets at once at the astounding rate of 60 feet per minute. This speed is unheard of in a typical office shredder, and really distinguishes the 4107 from the everyday shredder. Not only will it quickly shred all of your materials, but it houses a huge 79 gallon shred volume. A high-capacity shredder is perfect for ensuring efficiency, as it shreds quickly and prevents frequent trips to the dumpster.

Since the 4107 ¼” SC is such a high-capacity, heavy-duty shredder, it does require a good amount of space. This machine is 56 ¾” tall, 48 ¾” wide, and 67” deep and weighs over 900 pounds. You will need an even larger space for this machine than its specifications would lead you to believe because the shred compartment door is located in the back of the machine. You will need to have enough space to get behind it and pull out the shredder bag frame (which is conveniently placed on rollers for easy movement) on the rare occasion that the bag is full. You may be wondering why MBM would put the compartment door on the back, and the answer is that the front of the machine contains removable side tables to allow the user a large work space.
