The Datastroyer 1010 is built for the destruction of secret and confidential data, breaking down your sensitive documents into 1/32" x 7/16" particles. This TAA complaint level 5 shredder accepts not only paper, but also staples and paper clips. The level 5 Datastroyer 1010 accepts up to 7* sheets per pass and shreds at a rate of up to 26 feet per minute. With a throat width of 10" , the 1010 accepts a variety of paper sizes. Operation is simple: begin feeding paper into the opening and the 1010 will automatically start shredding. A sensor instantly detects when the shred bin is full, the shredder is overfed, and when the door is jammed. In each situation, the 1010 will automatically cease shredding. Paper jams are easily fixed thanks to the integrated reverse function.

Standby mode will activate after a period of shredder idleness. Weighing in at 85 lbs., the Datastroyer 1010 is highly portable thanks to its mobility casters. With dimensions of 32.6"H x 17.6"W x 16.5"D, the Datastroyer 1010 fits perfectly in any small to mid size office. The 1010 shredder comes standard with an enhanced drive and a thermally protected motor to protect against overheating. Unlike some smaller office shredders, the 1010 offers a continuous duty motor without the requirement of a cool down period. The pull-out system features a shred bag which holds up to 20 gallons of waste.
