When you sell several thousand paper shredders per day, you run into the same questions very frequently. And my personal favorite are customers looking for an explanation of the different shredder security levels. Even Wikipedia does a relatively poor job of making the information easy to understand for someone who doesn’t do this stuff for a living. So I’m going to take my own stab at it!
