Description of the Akiles CombMac-24E

The CombMac 24E by Akiles is a heavy duty electric punch and manual comb opener that can handle the high volume comb binding needs of large offices, schools, commercial facilities and print shops. It has a punching capacity of up to 25 sheets at one time and a maximum punching length of 14 inches, but its open throat design can accommodate even longer documents. A side margin control provides a perfectly centered punch on all documents. There is also a depth margin control for setting the proper punch margin depth for the comb size being used. The punch itself has 24 disengageable dies for clean, even punching of any size document with no partial-side end perforation. The punch is foot pedal operated for greater speed and ease of use. The comb opener is manually operated by a handle that can be mounted on the left or right side of the machine based on the user's preference. The CombMac 24E also includes an extra-large capacity waste drawer for even more convenience and productivity.
